Quotes
- All quotes are free and carry no obligation.
- Quotes based on photos or descriptions are provisional and may be adjusted after we see the site, if the actual condition or size differs from what was described.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Prices shown on this website (e.g. "from £250") are indicative minimums, not fixed prices for any specific job.
Carrying out the work
- We use preformed thermoplastic markings applied to suitable, sound surfaces. We'll advise before starting if a surface isn't suitable.
- Work is weather-dependent; we may need to reschedule at short notice if conditions would affect the quality of the finish.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring the area is cleared of vehicles and accessible at the agreed time.
- Newly applied markings are typically trafficable after around 30 minutes; we'll confirm on the day.
Durability
Preformed thermoplastic typically lasts 5+ years under normal use. Actual lifespan depends on traffic levels, surface condition and weather exposure, so this is a general expectation rather than a guarantee unless we agree one in writing.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed per job and stated on the quote or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due on completion of the work.
Liability
We hold public liability insurance and carry out all work with reasonable skill and care. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for pre-existing defects in your surface or for damage caused by use of the area before markings have cured.
