When you request a quote through our website, we collect:

- Details of the work you'd like done, including any message you write

If you contact us directly by phone, email or WhatsApp, we'll hold the details you provide in the course of that conversation.

We use this information solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry and prepare your quote
- Arrange and carry out work you've booked
- Keep normal business records (quotes, invoices, correspondence)
We do not sell your information, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to any marketing lists.
Where it's stored
Quote requests are sent to our business email. Photos you upload are used only to assess the job and are deleted once no longer needed. We keep enquiry and job records for as long as reasonably necessary for business and legal purposes (typically up to 6 years for records relating to completed work).
